Sberbank sold Okko, Sound, SberCloud and Speech Technology Center. The new owner was New Opportunities JSC of Tatiana Portnykh, who had previously been an authorized person of VTB Registrar. The scope of activity of New Opportunities JSC is advising on commercial activities and management. The decision to sell the assets was taken within the framework of the strategy actualization, the deal was made on market conditions, Sberbank representatives explained.
