Lukoil completed the purchase of Shell's Russian business

Lukoil has completed its acquisition of Shell Neft LLC, which produces lubricants and sells petroleum products. The company owns 411 filling stations in the Central and North-Western Federal Districts of the Russian Federation. Besides, Shell Neft owns a plant for production of lubricants in Tver region. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
