Johnson & Johnson is terminating its contract with Emergent BioSolutions, the manufacturer of its COVID-19 vaccine. The decision was made due to Emergent's breach of obligations, including failure to deliver the drug. Emergent said that if the contract is terminated permanently, J&J will have to pay between $125 million and $420 million.
