Polyus's shareholders approved the composition of the interim Board of Directors. It includes the company's second largest shareholder Akhmet Palankoev, as well as the company's top managers Alexey Vostokov, Mikhail Stiskin, Vladimir Polin, Yulia Andronovskaya, Felix Itskov, Stanislav Pisarenko, Anton Rumyantsev and Viktor Drozdov. The interim board will search for potential candidates for independent director positions to be elected at the annual general meeting of shareholders.
