Vyacheslav Kantor's structures reduced their stake in Akron to 40.85%. As part of several transactions, 45.1% of shares were transferred to the trust management of the company. In particular, Demetra received 14.5%, beneficiary Pavel Vavilov, vice-president for legal affairs, 16% from Positive Investments and Management, beneficiary Dmitry Khabrat, vice-president for foreign economic affairs and 14.6% from Greenfert, beneficiary Alexander Popov, head of the Board of Directors.
