JetBlue Airways has again increased its offer to buy Spirit Airlines from $33.5 to $34.15 per share. Spirit's board of directors will review the new offer and respond in due course. Spirit Airlines previously entered into a merger agreement with Frontier in which Spirit shareholders were offered 1.9126 shares of Frontier stock and $4.13 for each of their securities.
