Tinkoff Bank will provide services for ruble transfers by phone number to the countries of the near abroad through the Bank of Russia System of quick payments. The list of banks to which it will be possible to send a transfer, as well as the final amount of commissions for customers, the term of the full launch of the service and information about whether it will involve other providers, Tinkoff and the Central Bank did not disclose.
