Softline has signed an agreement on the purchase of a controlling stake in Your Payment Conductor, a developer of software for cashless payment solutions. The parties do not disclose the amount of the transaction. According to the Contour.Focus system, Your Payment Conductor's revenues in 2021 were ₽23.3 million, up twofold from ₽11.8 million a year earlier. The net loss was ₽1.2 million.
