Alibaba Cloud opened in Zhangbei City an intelligent computing center with a capacity of 12 exaflops, against Google's 9 exaflops. Company also opened another center in Ulanchaba with 3 exaflops, and introduced Feitian Intelligent Computing Platform, which has achieved 90% efficiency of parallel computing on 1,000 cores, increasing computational resource utilization by more than 3 times and AI training efficiency by 11 times.
