Caterpillar will supply BHP Group with new Caterpillar 798 AC electric dump trucks to replace its entire fleet at Escondida Mine of more than 160 trucks. First trucks will arrive at Escondida in the second half of 2023, with deliveries of remaining trucks continuing over the next 10 years. An amount of the deal company does not specify.
