Retailer Magnit is simplifying the structure of product shipments to the chain and, together with its partners, is beginning to work according to the E2E or end-to-end supply chain scheme. The company assumes part of the logistics of suppliers, which will increase the speed of delivery, increase the turnover of goods and reduce the distribution costs of partners and the network. The new scheme will reduce costs for certain categories of goods by more than 5.5%.
