Qiwi received a contingent portion of the consideration in second quarter of 2022 as part of the sale of its stake in Tochka to Otkritie Bank in amount of ₽4.86 billion. In April, Qiwi reported uncertainty in receiving the contingent portion of the consideration. Including the basic part, the total amount of the deal was ₽8.2 billion.
