The last day of trading in the main mode will be December 27, unless the exchange decides to terminate trading before this date. Earlier, the shareholders of Russian Grids approved the reorganization of the company through its merger with FGC UES. The conversion ratio for Rosseti's ordinary shares was set at 0.09040/0.60580, and for preferred shares at 0.09040/1.27300.
