ALROSA will pay an additional ₽19 billion to the budget

The Ministry of Finance is preparing amendments to the Tax Code under which ALROSA will have to pay an additional ₽19 billion to the budget in the first quarter of 2023. At the same time, a Duma committee approved amendments to the Budget Code, under which 46% of mineral extraction tax from diamonds will be payable to the federal budget from March 10 to May 10, 2023. Now 100% of the mineral extraction tax goes to the regional budgets.
