MTS has completed the spin-off of tower assets

MTS completed reorganization in the form of tower assets spinoff into Tower Infrastructure Company LLC. Alexander Teremetsky, who previously worked at MegaFon, including the head of its tower subsidiary PBK, became the general director of BIC. MTS initially planned to spin off and sell the assets in the first half of 2022. However, later it was forced to postpone the sale due to changes in the general economic situation, but the company is not giving up on this idea and intends to make the deal after the financial markets stabilize.
