Foreign companies are allowed to receive dividends from Russian subsidiaries

Russian authorities allow dividends to be paid by Russian subsidiaries of foreign companies if the relevant agencies see that they continue to work and invest in full, and the amount of payments is consistent with the traditional, said the deputy head of the Ministry of Finance of Russia Alexei Moiseyev. If the relevant authority confirms that the company is developing and "does not wind up the fishing rod", then the permit is issued almost automatically.
