The Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow has withdrawn the shares of DVMP to the state at the suit of the General Prosecutor's Office. The state received 92.4% of the company's shares, which belonged to Summa Group founder Ziyavudin Magomedov, his brother and partners. The ruling has not yet become effective and may be appealed.
