VTB and Alfa Bank started sales of Alrosa investment diamonds

VTB and Alfa Bank started selling investment diamonds to wealthy clients. Since October 1, diamond transactions are included in the list of transactions permitted for credit institutions, and buyers are exempt from VAT. In September, Alrosa estimated the potential demand for investment diamonds in 2023 at $200 million.
