Tinkoff Bank received 5% of the service of online acquiring CloudPayments, according to the SPARK-Interfax analytical system. TCS Group owns 95% of CloudPayments. Thus, the group consolidated all 100% of the service. Prior to that, Dmitry Spiridonov owned 5% of CloudPayments - he was the CEO of the company until mid-March 2022. The group bought the first 55% in CloudPayments in October 2017, at which time it received the right to buy out the remaining share within two years.
