Dmitry Sergienkov, who has been deputy general director of the recruiting service since 2021, will become new CEO of HeadHunter starting March 1. Mikhail Zhukov, who has headed the company since 2008, will become president of HeadHunter and remain on the board of directors. Dmitry Sergienkov joined HH in the summer of 2017 as director of strategy and investments. Prior to that, he worked at JP Morgan Chase as vice president of the investment banking department.
