Cosmos Hotel Group, a member of Sistema JSFC, acquires 10 Park Inn by Radisson, Radisson Blu, Olympia Garden and Radisson Blu Royal hotels located in four Russian cities from the Norwegian company Wenaas Hotel Russia AS. Acquisition of the hotels will enable Cosmos Hotel Group to double its room inventory and significantly strengthen its position on the Russian hotel services market. As a result of the deal and implementation of its own development program, the chain's room stock will exceed 9,500 rooms.
