Court of Intellectual Rights has ruled that the cancellation of the registration of the Yandex Afisha trademark was illegal, a correspondent of RIA Novosti reported from the courtroom. Decision comes into force from the moment of its announcement. Rospatent registered the trademark Yandex Afisha in 2019, but a year later reversed this decision after a complaint from Company Afisha, which is part of SberIntertement and is engaged in distribution of information about entertainment and various events, as well as sells tickets to them.
