In 2023, RusHydro will spend ₽2.5 billion on measures to improve equipment reliability at the Neryungrinskaya GRES facilities. GRES is key for Yakutia - it ensures operation and connects the energy systems of the Eastern, Siberian and Yakutia UES. Currently, the power units of the plant are being modernized, which should increase the annual output of electricity. Company also plans to build two new power generation units with a total capacity of 450 MW at Neryungrinskaya GRES.
