Canon has filed for voluntary delisting from the NYSE. However, the company will remain public and remain listed on stock exchanges such as the Tokyo Stock Exchange, the Nagoya Stock Exchange, the Fukuoka Stock Exchange and the Sapporo Stock Exchange. Canon will cease trading on the New York Stock Exchange on March 6.
