Cosmos Hotel Group closed a deal on acquisition from Norway's Wenaas Hotel Russia AS of ten Park Inn by Radisson, Radisson Blu, Olympia Garden and Radisson Blu Royal hotels located in four Russian cities. Total room fund of the acquired hotels - 4 078 units, the total area of hotels - 264.1 thousand square meters. In 2021 the total revenue of the hotels amounted to ₽4.3 bln, and in pre-pandemic 2019 - ₽6.2 bln.
