HSCI's Genetico Center for Genetics and Reproductive Medicine will conduct an IPO on the Moscow Exchange. Company intends to place 10 million shares, which will amount to 12% of the capital. Genetico will use the raised funds for the development of genetic services in Russia, access to foreign markets, registration of their own test systems and the creation of gene therapy drugs for the treatment of orphan diseases. Date and price of the offering will be determined in the near future.
