FAS of Russia is developing a plan to separate RusHydro into generation and networks as part of the transition of the Far East to the price zone of the energy market, said Deputy Head of FAS Vitaly Korolev. "Factors in the development of competition will of course also be the separation of competition by type of activity in the respective territories. Obviously, a company like RusHydro cannot be divided at a moment's notice. But nevertheless such processes will take place," said Korolev.
