Berkeley Lights has entered into a merger agreement with IsoPlexis. IsoPlexis shareholders will receive 0.612 shares of Berkeley Lights stock for each share of their company. Upon completion, they will own 24.8% of the combined company. Berkeley Lights shareholders will own 75.2%. Combined company will be called PhenomeX and will trade under the ticker symbol CELL.
