Developer Samolet plans to start low-rise housing projects in Istra and Pushkino near Moscow in December this year, and in Naro-Fominsk - in April next year, said Managing director of Samolet House Ivan Vinogradov. It is planned to build 911 thousand sq. m of housing in Pushkino, and 284 thousand sq. m in Istra. In Naro-Fominsk - 687 thousand square meters. All projects realization could take up to 15 years, said Vinogradov.
