Federal Antimonopoly Service granted X5 Retail Group's application to acquire 100% of Tamerlan LLC, which owns the Pokupochka chain of stores in Volgograd and develops the Pyaterochka franchise in Samara. The permission is conditioned by fulfillment of the order to reduce to 35% the share of the total turnover of food products of the store chains in the municipalities where it can be exceeded as a result of the transaction.
