PhosAgro plans to build capacity at its Balakovo site to produce nearly 937,000 tons of complex NPK fertilizers and 560,000 tons of DAP by 2026, while simultaneously reducing MAP production by 730,000. Investment volume has been increased from ₽15.6 billion to ₽27 billion. Implementation of the project will allow to reorient products towards the domestic market. Phased commissioning of capacities is planned to start from 2025.
