Board of Directors of Polymetal convened a general meeting of shareholders to decide on the redomiciliation of the company to Kazakhstan on May 30, 2023. In case of a positive decision, it is planned to complete the change of jurisdiction in July of this year. After the redomiciliation, the company's main listing venue will be the AIX Exchange in Kazakhstan.
