EL5-Energo launched the second phase of the world's most powerful wind farm beyond the Arctic Circle, the Kolskaya Wind Farm. Power plant with installed capacity of 201 MW is located in the Murmansk region. First stage of the 170 MW wind farm was put into commercial operation on December 1st, 2022. Kolskaya Wind Farm consists of 57 turbines and occupies an area of 257 hectares, and the planned output of the wind farm is about 750 million kWh.
