One of the co-founders of Positive Technologies Dmitry Maksimov decided to resign from the company's Board of Directors and focus on the implementation of his own projects. An Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be convened in the near future and the Board of Directors will be reelected. Timing and form of the meeting are still unknown.
