General Prosecutor's Office filed in Leninskiy Court of Yaroslavl a lawsuit demanding that the shares of TGC-2 be returned to the state. Defendants are Leonid Lebedev, a senator from Chuvashia, who was the majority shareholder in TGC-2, and a number of companies, including Raltaka Enterprises Ltd, Litim Trading Limited and OOO Kores Invest. In total, they own 81.66% of shares in TGC-2.
