Lukoil tests supplies to Middle East refineries

Lukoil sent low-sulfur oil from its Caspian fields to the Emirati ADNOC refinery in Ruwais for the first time this year. This is Lukoil's second delivery of oil to an Emirati refinery: last year the company delivered Varandey oil to the UAE. Largest consumers of Russian oil are still refineries in China and India. According to experts, the question remains whether they will compete for Russian supplies.
