VK to sell Cypriot fintech company MGL Wallet

VK Holding has signed an agreement to sell MGL Wallet, a Cyprus-based company that offers customized online payment solutions for individuals and legal entities in the European Economic Area, at the end of 2022, the company said in a statement. Execution of the terms of the agreement is expected to occur during 2023.
