Inter RAO has reduced electricity exports to China via the Amurskaya-Heihe 500 kV overhead line from the planned 600 MW to 100-200 MW. Reduction of export volumes was caused by a decrease in water availability of HPPs in the united energy system of the East, repairs of thermal generation and growth of electricity consumption, Inter RAO explained. Company plans to restore the supply volumes to the planned values after the hydrological situation improves and the available capacity of thermal generation in the energy system increases.
