Yandex's board of directors intends to implement plans to restructure the business and attract investors in early 2024, a source told TASS. According to him, the Board of Directors continues to work on the planned restructuring of the company and is communicating with several potential investors who claim to buy various packages of economic stakes in the company. A proposal on the restructuring is planned to be submitted to shareholders by the end of 2023.
