VK shareholders approved the redomiciliation to Russia

VK's shareholders approved the company's redomiciliation from the British Virgin Islands to the special administrative district of Oktyabrsky Island in Kaliningrad Region. At the same time, decisions were made to delist the company's receipts and Eurobonds from the London Stock Exchange and to obtain a primary listing of shares on the Moscow Exchange.
