Following the spin-off of the Russian business, a portion of Noventiq stock options were converted into Softline stock options as part of a long-term employee incentive program. Currently, employees have already received 19.5 million Softline shares. A total by August 20, 2023, participants in the program are scheduled to be credited with 30 million shares.
