Moscow Exchange paid to its shareholders half of dividends from NCC and NSD

NCC and NSD made dividend payments of ₽16 billion and ₽5.8 billion, respectively, to Moscow Exchange in the second quarter. Moscow Exchange paid only half of this amount to its shareholders, allocating ₽11 billion, or ₽4.84 per share, to dividends for 2022, which amounted to 30.3% of IFRS net income. Under the current dividend policy, Moscow Exchange is required to pay out at least 55% of IFRS profit to shareholders, provided there is no capex and capital requirement.
