Renaissance Insurance intends to pay first dividends

Management of Renaissance Insurance has recommended that the Board of Directors consider paying an interim dividend of ₽4.3 billion, which is 63% of IFRS net profit for the half-year. Recommended dividend per share is ₽7.7. If approved by the board of directors and shareholders' meeting, the payment will be made in October-November this year. Dividend yield may reach 6.75%.
