Nornickel opened an office in Dubai

MMC Norilsk Nickel has set up an office in Dubai, becoming the largest Russian metals and mining company to come to the UAE after the start of a special military special operation in Ukraine. According to Bloomberg sources familiar with the situation, Nornickel plans to perform some trading and administrative tasks from Dubai.
