Alrosa started construction of Mir-Gluboky mine

Alrosa launched an investment project for the construction of facilities at the Mir-Gluboky mine in the Mirny district of Yakutia. This year it is planned to start preparatory work and construction site layout at the site. Investment in the project will amount to ₽121.5 billion. Total diamond reserves amount to 173.5 million carats. Diamond production at the mine is expected to start in 2032.
