MTS Entertainment, which manages MTS Live and Ticketland ticketing services, bought Ticketscloud, a ticket aggregator that specializes in supporting the organization of mass events at all stages. Among its clients are about 3 thousand companies, including Comedy Club, Wild Mint festival and Sagrado Corp., the owner of VK Stadium concert venue. If agreed business targets are reached, the deal could be worth ₽900 million.
