Shareholders of United Medical Group approved the decision to re-register the company from Cyprus to a special administrative district on the island of Oktyabrsky in the Kaliningrad region. Redomiciliation process depends on the decisions of the regulatory authorities of the Republic of Cyprus, and obtaining these authorizations is not guaranteed. Upon completion of the re-registration, the company plans to maintain its current depositary receipts program with a listing on the Moscow Exchange.
