Cosmos Hotel became an owner in Ibis Pskov LLC, which earlier announced the construction of a three-star hotel with 120 rooms in Pskov. Amount of the deal is not disclosed. Managing partner of Ivashkevich Hospitality Stanislav Ivashkevich assumes that the cost of the project company was not high - about ₽100 mln. Another ₽1,2-1,5 bln. will have to be invested in the construction of the facility.
