Investors will be able to become qualified by passing an exam

Bank of Russia plans to expand the possibilities of obtaining the status of qualified investor, says Mikhail Mamuta, head of the Consumer Protection and Accessibility of Financial Services Service of the Bank of Russia. An investor without the necessary experience, amount of funds or education will be able to take an exam and obtain the status of qualified investor.
