Nornickel has no plans to resume dividend payments for the time being

MMC Norilsk Nickel is not yet generating free cash flow on a stable enough basis to resume dividend payments, but does not rule it out in the future, said Mikhail Borovikov, head of investor relations. Repurchase of shares from non-residents is also not considered by the company, as it requires diversion of significant funds.
